For selected products that come with warranty, Dropnoise warrants it to be free of defects for a period (as chosen by the original purchaser) from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.

The limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulted from any of the followings:

a) damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to product’s use or the installation of components;
b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake, neglect, or other external causes;
c) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of the product manufacturer;
d) accessories used in conjunction with a covered product;
e) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability;
f) items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the product including, without limitation, batteries or light bulbs; or
g) any and all pre-existing conditions that occur prior to the effective date of this Limited Warranty relating to any product sold “as is” including, without limitation, floor demonstration models and refurbished items.
h) use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner;
i) improper operation, adjustment, alteration or modification of any kind, any attempt to disassemble or repair;
j) spills of food or liquid;
k) products which have had the serial number removed or made illegible;
l) plastic surfaces and other eternally exposed parts scratched, discolored or otherwise damaged from normal use.

The limited warranty is not transferable and considered void once the item is resold to another person. Do follow the steps below for the claiming of warranty coverage:

  1. Email us describing the issue with the unit. Provide us a short video clip to illustrate the issue.
  2.  If we are unable to resolve the issue via the clip provided, please mail it back to us and address it to: THE MISSING PUZZLE – 10 Anson Road International Plaza #18-11 S079903. Please ensure unit is well packed. We will not be responsible for any damages to the unit in the return process.
  3. We will evaluate if it’s due to manufacturer defects. If it’s not due to manufacturer defects, no repair or replacement will be provided. And you will be required to pay a shipping fee of $5 for us to mail the unit back to you. If manufacturer defects is/are found, we will attempt to repair it. If it’s beyond repair, we will mail a replacement unit back to you. The technical evaluation will take approximately 3 working days. If repair is required, it will take an additional 3 working days.
  4. We reserved the rights to decide whether the replacement unit is a new or refurbished unit.

Dropnoise collects, uses, processes and/or discloses (including to third parties overseas) your personal information for the purposes of providing warranty support and servicing for your product and  contacting you regarding such activity, and in accordance with the Dropnoise Privacy Policy.

Note: Warranty coverage is ONLY VALID in Singapore.
